Items will be delivered within 3 working days between 8am and 5pm.
Next day delivery is available, but orders must be received by 11am.
For this service there is an extra charge, please call us on 0845 459 0845.
Next day orders received on Friday, will be delivered the following
Monday, as deliveries on Saturday are not available.
Items will require a signature, so if you are unable to meet your
order please call or email us.
Sleeper Deliveries
Sleepers can be extremely heavy items, and in order to offer a
nationwide service we use hauliers. Although all of the drivers are
very friendly, and would do all they can to help, assistance would
be required to unload. Please ensure suitable labour is available.
Sometimes the sleepers will arrive on a pallet, and safe disposal is
the responsibility of the customer.
Paving Deliveries
Paving products will arrive in a wooden crate, and will be unloaded
by tail lift to the kerb side only. We will be unable to deliver onto
grass areas, gravel drives or sloping areas. In order to avoid
incurring further delivery charges, if in doubt, please call us.
The crate is non returnable, and safe disposal is the responsibility
of the customer.
Bulk Bags
All bulk bags containing stone, mulch etc. will be unloaded by tail
lift on a pallet to the kerb side only. We will be unable to deliver onto
grass areas, gravel drives or sloping areas. In order to avoid
incurring further delivery charges, if in doubt, please call us.
The pallet is non returnable, and safe disposal is the responsibility
of the customer.
All lighter goods such as Timberlock fixings etc. will be delivered
by Royal Mail and will require a signature.
